Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t meet expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

2. Initiating a Return

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We kindly ask that you ensure the items are packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

4. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds will only be processed via Cash on Delivery (COD) for the returned item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be completed after we receive your returned item.
